Off-season Programs

All the boys are strongly encouraged to participate in as many of the off-season programs as possible.

During the Summer sessions, boys will participate in both Indoor training at the Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA, as well as Outdoor training on Sundays at La Jolla High School.

The programs are designed to teach and reinforce the basic principles of creating space on the offense, team defense, and on-field communications.

There is a high coach-to-player ratio, so instruction is very personal. The players will learn the principles of lacrosse, and the plays they will use through High School.
