Here is a great way for Elementary School boys to learn the game of lacrosse. Each Sunday will consist of a 1/2 hr practice and 1 hr scrimmage/game. Practice will consist of individual/team offensive and defensive play, transition, and many drills to improve your game.
All programs are run by Top Notch Training Lacrosse
Spots are limited for both programs.
Rental gear is available for $50 if needed.
