Middle School players should be planning to work hard on their lacrosse during the off-season. There will be a lot of great training opportunities and a chance for the Middle School team to play together in some post-season tournaments.
So mark your calendars for the following programs:
2008 Fall Lacrosse Training La Jolla Middle School / Sunday Training

Location: La Jolla High School
Time: 2:00 - 3:30
Cost: $150
Each Sunday will consist of a 1/2 hr practice and 1 hr scrimmage/game. Practice will consist of individual/team offensive and defensive play, transition, and many fast pace drills to improve your game.

November 28th-29th
Every player will receive:
Team jersey, short and socks
Year subscription to Inside Lacrosse
5-7 games
Athletic Trainer
Tournament fee (only): $100
You may register individually for each program or get both for $200
All programs are run by Top Notch Training Lacrosse
